Our Services

• Prepare punch lists and confirm completion of each item

• Develop furniture options and/or coordinate deliveries and set up

• Review and analyze invoices for final payments and gather lien releases from all relevant parties

• Gather all operation and maintenance information for HVAC systems, elevators, pools, spas, etc.

• Recommend household and kitchen items for a turnkey home; coordinate purchase and installation

• Set up maintenance and service contracts

• Ensure our clients are completely satisfied with their new home or commercial space
