Artemis Construction Management provides detailed oversight during the building or remodeling phase guaranteeing that the work is done properly and efficiently, and problem solving if something unpredictable arises.

Facilitate communication between owners, designers and contractors to ensure all parties have the same expectations and understanding
Analyze insurance needs and ensure risks are covered
Verify that project specifications are being met and contractors are held accountable for any lapses
Develop and/or track the project schedule to ensure all milestones and timelines are being met by the designers and contractors
Create an anticipated monthly cash flow chart to help with financial planning
Fully inform owners of changes, requested by them or their contractor, and provide an estimate of costs for approval prior to commencement of the changed work
Address issues that arise during construction and facilitate solutions on things such as the discovery of unanticipated conditions in an existing structure that is being remodeled, the discovery of conflicts in the design, or additional requirements imposed by a local jurisdiction or permitting authority upon site inspection
Review and analyze monthly invoices from designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure they accurately reflect work completed and protect against over billing
Prepare a monthly report that summarizes all project costs to date versus budgets, use of project contingencies, pending and approved change orders, schedule progress, anticipated overall project costs, and anticipated project completion, along with progress photos
Provide interior design and/or interior decorating services
